File Types

When sending your files in the order process, please make sure they are one of the following file types:

Please Note: Print Ready PDF's with Bleed Marks, Crop Marks and Registration (PDF/X-1a:2001)

For all 4 colour work please supply CMYK files at 300 dpi. Lower dpi, (resolution - will reproduce blurry images)

Files which are supplied as RGB will require conversion to CMYK in order to print them.

Conversion always changes the colours, sometimes slightly, sometimes significantly.

We recommend that you purchase a colour proof for just ?10.00, regardless of size, to show you the result before we print. The image you see on your screen does not necessarily represent the printed result.

Please ensure all fonts are embedded or outlined as applicable.

When you have placed your order please e-mail files, no bigger than 10mb to sales@starprintonline.co.uk

We also provide an FTP site for you to upload files. To use this area, please call us on 020 8842 3339 with your reference number so we can issue the username and password.
